Shutterfly Christmas Cards!

I have my holiday cards designed already this year! Usually I start getting Christmas cards in the mail in December and I think, "I want to send out Christmas Cards!" But, by that time it's usually too late so I never get it done.
This year after I took pictures of my kids, I went to shutterfly.com and designed my own Card! It was so fun, fast, and easy! There were so many fun styles and designs to choose from! I actually designed like 8 cards. Now I just have to pick my favorite!
Shutterfly has free photo storage! They guarantee your satisfaction and you can pick up your photos at Target, Walgreens, or CVS in an hour! So easy, fast, and convenient!
Right after my last post I clicked on my friends blog and saw that she had a link to get an awesome freebie from shutterfly! That's right 50 free holiday cards from shutterfly if you have a blog! So enjoy!

My first photo shoot!

So my sweet husband Mark got me my first Digital SLR for mothers day last May. I've been using it just to take normal pictures, but I took the kids out for my first ever photo shoot today! It was lots of fun and here is what I got :)

My happy boy was not giving me his good smiles! It's ok though cause this face is adorable anyway!

Very serious!

Finally a smile!

I love this of Baylee! See her cute skirt? I made it!

Throwing leaves!

Another cute Owen face!

I love this one of him!

The two of them!

Sweet!

No smiles!

Awe! Sweet kisses!

This is one of my faves!

I plan on putting these on our Christmas cards! That is if I ever get around to making them and mailing them out!

6 Months Old!

Owen is now 6 months old!
I can't believe how fast the last six months have gone by!

Owen is in the 46th percentile for weight at 17 lbs 3 oz! (he's almost five pounds heavier than Baylee was at his age!) He is in the 71st percentile for height at 27 inches long! His doctor said he has very nice growth and proportion :)

He is constantly outgrowing his clothes! It feels like every week I'm boxing up clothes that have gotten too tight on him and getting out bigger sizes!

Owen now has his two bottom front teeth! If you look closely at the picture you can see them! He's been pretty drooly lately so I think he's working on some more!

He can now roll over from his back to his belly and he's been able to foll from his belly to his back for about three months!

Owen is a good little eater! He loves his bottle and he REALLY loves solid food!

Owen loves to play with toys and cell phones, cameras, remotes, etc. He love to watch Baylee run around, he loves his mommy (especially when I make him laugh), and he loves to sit on the couch by his daddy and watch sports!

Happy Halloween!

Mark and I weren't planning on dressing up for Halloween this year but then Mark found this tutorial on youtube and I just had to make it! Plus we had a ward Halloween party to wear our costumes too.

Mark was the mad hatter and I was Alice! Baylee was a witch and Owen was a dragon! (Grandma was nice enough to buy their cute costumes!)

Here is Mark in all of his mad hatter glory!

About an hour before our Ward Halloween party started Baylee was playing with play dough downstairs. I was upstairs and heard a big thud. Apparently she was sitting on her play dough to smash it flat and she fell off of the counter and hit her head.
At first I just assumed she had fallen off of the chair. She was acting really sleepy so that made me think that maybe she had hit her head when she fell. When I was putting her play dough away I notice imprints on it that looked like clothes, so I asked her if she was sitting on her play dough when she fell! She was fine, but she was not very happy at the party and she just wanted to go home! We were about to just leave but people were getting their candy out for the trunk or treat so when she noticed that she decided to stay. She loved trunk or treating!

Here's my little dragon! He stayed by the car with Mark to help pass out candy!

Baylee loves candy! The next morning when she woke up the first thing she said was, "Candy, candy, candy!"
Our ward party was on Friday so we also took her trick or treating around my mom's neighborhood on Saturday.
Here she is after trick or treating. This was her first time having fun dip!
