Better late than never. . .

Happy Birthday Mark!

Mark turned 28 on January 26th, so it's been a little more than two weeks! I'm a little behind in my blogging! He worked all day then he had to pick his dad up at the airport so when he got home we just opened presents and had cake!

Baylee helped me make the cake!

Mark got season 5 of the office and Jazz tickets! So we went to the Jazz vs Sacramento Kings game on Jan 29 and it was fun! We got to sit in lower bowl so that was pretty cool! I'd never done that before!

Mark's dad's 60th Birthday Party!

We had a surprise party for Mark's dad on Saturday!

He turned 60!

He was so surprised!

Mark's dad loves to sing, so we had him sing, and Baylee loved it! She was dancing away! When he was done she kept saying, "Papa sing again!" Then she cried the whole way home to go back and see papa and nana!

Princess Pancakes!

The other morning I made Baylee a pancake and put some whip cream on it. When I gave it to her she said, "It's a princess pancake!" It was so funny!

Christmas!

These pictures are a little out of order, but this was our Christmas!  It was so much fun! Baylee loved it!  She was so funny when she was opening her presents she kept saying, "Oh my goodness!" But she'd say it, "Oh my Goommess."

Baylee's Favorite Christmas song is jingle bells!  It was so fun to see her sing it, but usually she would stop if she saw me recording her so she could "see."  I finally got the whole thing recorded when we were at my grandma's house on Christmas Eve!  

Mark's Last Day of School

The Countdown Chain!

Baylee and I made this countdown for Mark's last day of school! We made it when he had 25 days left and now it's finally almost over!!!

This is Mark's last day of school dance! He got the idea from a tradition one of his buddies has. Basically you do a dance to celebrate your last day of school!

Mark has been going to night classes two days a week at the University of Utah for a little more than 2 years! He's gone three semesters a year, so we haven't even had summers off!

I'm so proud of him! He has worked so hard and has gotten excellent grades! He thinks that when he get's his grades back from his last two classes he should have a 3.7 gpa!

Mark had his last day of class on Thursday, but he's not quite done. He has one paper that he's almost finished with, and will hand it in on Monday or Tuesday! Then he will officially have all of his work done, and I will finally have my husband back!

Maybe now it's my turn to go back and get my master's. . . maybe that won't happen for awhile!

It's a Boy!

Mark and I went to the doctor on Friday and found out that we are having a baby boy! While we were in a the waiting room Mark texted a bunch of people and said it was their last chance to guess. Most people guessed boy, but Mark and I still thought it would be another girl.
While the doctor was doing the ultra sound I was looking at it and I could totally tell it was a boy before the doctor even said anything. So we were suprised but we are way excited!
Now the hard part is finding a name! If you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them! Right now I like Peyton, Bryton, or maybe Hinkley but things could change so give me ideas!
